By installing or using the Job Posting Analyzer Chrome extension, or by using its companion web application at the same account (together, "the service"), you agree to the following terms.
The service generates AI-produced analysis of job postings — work arrangement, salary, seniority, tech stack, and an optional fit score against your candidate profile — from either a browser tab (extension) or, on the web app only, an uploaded Word (.docx) or PDF document (up to 10 MB) containing a job description. A free tier (50 analyses/month, a 100-job saved library) is available to anyone with a verified-email Google account, no approval required, on either surface. An optional paid Premium tier ($5/month) raises these limits and uses a higher-quality analysis model — the tier, usage allowance, and saved library are shared across both surfaces, not separate per surface. See the Privacy Policy for details on what data is processed, including how uploaded documents are handled.
Seller. Konstantin Ippolitov, the developer of Job Posting Analyzer (operating as an individual/sole proprietor) — not Google — is the seller of the Premium subscription. Google is not a party to this purchase and bears no responsibility for it.
Payment processing and merchant of record. All Premium payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, collects and remits any applicable sales tax or VAT, issues invoices/receipts, and is the merchant your card statement will show. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Price and billing. Premium is $5.00/month (plus any tax Paddle calculates for your location), billed automatically each month until canceled. Prices may change with notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time via the "Manage subscription" link (extension or web app), which opens Paddle's customer portal. Premium remains active through the end of the period you've already paid for; there is no partial-period credit. At period end, your account returns automatically to the free tier — no data is deleted (see "Termination" below and the Privacy Policy).
Refunds. Refund requests are handled by Paddle under its own refund policy; contact Paddle support or use the customer portal to request one.
Free tier: 50 analyses per calendar month, a 100-job saved library. Premium ($5/month): 300 analyses per calendar month, a 1,000-job saved library, and analyses produced with a higher-quality model. Exceeding the free tier's monthly analysis limit does not charge you automatically — you'll see a clear notice with the reset date and an option to upgrade.
All analysis, including the fit score and its rationale, is generated automatically and may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect. It is provided to help you triage postings faster — not as a substitute for reading the original posting, and not as professional career, legal, or employment advice. Always verify details like salary, remote-work policy, and role requirements directly with the employer before making any decisions.
The service is provided free of charge (aside from the optional Premium subscription), "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including employment or career decisions made based on its output.
Your candidate profile, saved postings, and any document you upload for analysis remain yours. Uploaded documents are used only to produce the requested analysis and are not retained afterward (see the Privacy Policy). You're responsible for the accuracy of any profile information or document you choose to submit, and for how you use the analysis the service produces.
You may stop using the extension at any time by uninstalling it from Chrome, and stop using the web app at any time by simply no longer visiting it; either removes locally stored data on that surface (your account data on our servers is unaffected and can be deleted on request — see the Privacy Policy). Canceling Premium or letting an active subscription lapse downgrades your account to the free tier without deleting any saved postings or profile data; if your library exceeds the free tier's cap, existing postings remain fully viewable and editable, and only new saves are paused until you either free up space or resubscribe. We may modify or discontinue the extension, the web app, or the backend service at any time.
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted at this same URL with a new "Last updated" date.
